Choice Abilities Network

At Choice Abilities Network C.A.N. we are committed to acknowledging equality of people of all abilities focusing on abilities not the disabilities. We are promoting special needs programs and supports for developmentally disabled adults who have reached the age of 21.  Once young adults have left formal secondary education at age 21 they often find that programs have been limited due to budget restrictions or age.  Our services are personalized to meet the unique needs of every individual. We provide the individual with the tools, support and structure to accomplish their personal goals and reach their maximum potential.  We can provide assistance in life skills,  employment resources, inclusion programs to independent living skills.
